Aleksander, a football player for the Krumkachyov club, a journalist for Tribuna.com and the author of the YouTube channel ChestnOK, was detained at home on June 3, 2021. He was sentenced to 30 days of administrative arrest under Article 24.23 of the Code of Administrative Offenses - allegedly for the flag on the window, but after serving his term he was not released and transferred to a pre-trial detention center in a criminal case on "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order." Andrey, a lawyer, was first detained on the night of August 9-10, 2020, beaten and placed in the Zhodino temporary detention facility for three days, after which he was convicted under an administrative article.
On October 25, 2020, after another rally, he was detained again by GUBOPiK officers. Andrey spent three days in the temporary detention facility on Okrestina, and then a criminal case was opened against him under the article "Organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them."
According to the prosecution, he joined a group of citizens, shouted slogans with obscene language, clapped his hands, moved along the roadway, waved his arms and a white-red-white flag. The court sentenced him to restriction of freedom with direction. Minsktrans filed a lawsuit for 62,096 rubles 66 kopecks. Andrey's accounts were frozen, property was seized.
On December 9, 2023, he was released, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.
Vadim was accused of publishing a post from his mobile phone "with the aim of influencing public consciousness and undermining the authority of the authorities." The post included a photo of the local police officer Kayach with an obscene caption containing words beginning with the letters "g" and "e."

In September of the same year, Sergei was convicted again, this time for a comment under a photograph of senior traffic police inspector M. Yu. Malakhevich, which, according to the court, contained offensive statements. Taking into account the previous sentence, the punishment was replaced with restriction of freedom with referral to a correctional facility.

Vladimir was detained and beaten in September 2020. He was convicted of participating in protests that took place in Minsk from August 9 to 11 and September 13, 2020. According to the case materials, he planned to participate in the protests, discussing routes and actions in case of detention in the Telegram chat "Chas X". The investigation claimed that an attack on police officers was being prepared.

Viktor was first detained on September 27, 2020, during one of the protests in Gomel. In the detention center, he was informed that a criminal case had been opened for "resisting police officers." The case was soon closed, but the prosecutor's office sent it for additional investigation, as a result of which the charges were reclassified. Viktor was taken into custody again on June 17, 2021.
In September of the same year, he was found guilty of “violence or threat of violence against a police officer” and sentenced to three years’ imprisonment in a general regime penal colony.
In April 2022, the court additionally found him guilty of "participation in actions that grossly violate public order" and sentenced him to another year and a half in prison. By partially adding up the sentences, the final term was 3.5 years in a maximum security penal colony.

Piotr, an activist of the Belarusian Social Democratic Party, was detained in June 2021 and convicted for participating in a protest that took place on August 9, 2020, in Zhlobin, against the falsification of the results of the presidential elections.
He was released in March 2023, having fully served his sentence.
Svetlana was convicted in March 2021 under the article for "participation in group actions that grossly violate public order." According to the prosecution, she took an active part in unauthorized mass protests on August 16 and 23, as well as September 6, 2020. During the protests, she clapped her hands, went out onto the roadway and, as alleged, interfered with the movement of public transport on Nemiga, Volodarsky, Lenin Streets and Independence Avenue, thereby violating public order.
According to human rights activists, Svetlana was released in June 2023 after serving her full sentence.
