Dmitry was found guilty of joining a rally in Minsk on September 20, 2020, as part of a large group of people, actively participating in it, disrupting public transportation, and carrying a flag.
In December 2024, a court hearing in absentia was held as part of a special proceeding to replace the restriction of freedom with a referral to imprisonment in a penal colony.
Alexey was accused of active participation in group actions that grossly violated public order for the events of September 13, 2020, as well as attempted theft.
He was detained on February 23, 2021 and kept in a pre-trial detention center until his trial. On August 15, 2021, Alexey was sentenced to three years in prison in the Frunzensky District Court of Minsk to be served in a general regime colony . Minsktrans filed a claim for compensation for damage caused in the amount of almost 29 thousand rubles . Alena Busheva also decided to apply “compulsory security measures and treatment for chronic alcoholism and drug addiction” to Alexey at the place where he was serving his sentence.
At the time of his arrest, Alexey Maltsev had an outstanding criminal record and was serving a sentence of restriction of freedom without being sent to the Penitentiary Labor Inspectorate: 2 months and 3 days remained before the expiration of the term at the time of arrest.

The victim Prydybailo was able to attend the trial only on the day of the debate. He filed a civil suit in the form of 3,000 rubles for "moral suffering". Investigators also found Lepeshev's correspondence on the Discuss and Ask portals, where he wrote, for example, such phrases as "a good Muscovite is a dead Muscovite." For this, a criminal case was opened against Lepeshev for inciting ethnic hatred.
Svyatoslav has 1 minor child.

In December 2022, Svyatoslav's sentence was tightened and he was transferred to a colony. Taking into account the recalculation of the term, he remained in prison for 1.5 years.
The court of the Oktyabrsky district of the city of Vitebsk found 46-year-old Andrei Ivanov guilty under Art. 341 of the Criminal Code (desecration of buildings and damage to property).

According to the prosecution, on August 25, 2020, “in one of the social networks, under a photo in uniform, the deputy head of the police department of the Kobrin district executive committee posted a comment that contradicts universal morality, established rules of communication between people, which is an abnormal form of speech expression, has a negative assessment of the victim.”
She was pardoned on 03/09/2022.
2.5 years of restriction of freedom without a referral .
Natalya was found guilty of commenting on the actions of a police lieutenant from the traffic police service from Kamenets (Brest region) Mikhalochkin in the telegram channel. During the investigation, Andropova said that she left a comment due to the fact that Mikhalochkin's father works at a school and raised his son profitably.
Artem was found guilty of creating an open Telegram channel on January 26, 2021, and posting images of seven Osipovichi District Department of Internal Affairs officers with a derogatory comment. He was transferred to a penal colony before the end of his sentence.
On October 7, 2022, he was released after serving the full sentence imposed by the court.
At the end of August 2023, Artem was convicted under Part 4 of Article 328 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus - illegal drug trafficking, and is serving his sentence in IK-20.

Tatyana was detained on January 19, 2021. Three days later she was released, and on June 3 she was detained again. From that moment until the trial, she was in custody.
According to the indictment, Tatyana Minina, from November 4 to December 22, 2020, posted insulting comments about the victims on the Punishers of Belarus telegram channel. 14 people were recognized as victims in the case: law enforcement officers Moroz, Borisik, Pityakov, Logunov, Strivets, Grib, Aleksa, Ivoshko, Yevlash, Marchenko, Goreglyad, Malinovsky, Shashko and judge Yulia Krepskaya. The first five victims came for consideration, the rest did not appear and filed an application for consideration of the case in their absence.
