In early June 2022, he illegally collected information about the private life and personal data of an employee of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee, after which he published them in the Telegram chat «Novaya Borovaya 98%».
4,5 years of imprisonment in a penal colony of strict regime.
According to human rights activists, Maxim was detained on February 7, 2023. The reason for the detention is unknown.
Maxim Ageev was a defender in court of several political prisoners, as well as a lawyer for one of the defendants in the «Belgazprombank case».
Alexandra was detained after returning from Poland. She was convicted under eight articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, including "participation in an extremist group" and "assistance to extremist activity."
According to the prosecution , Kasko "while on the territory of the Republic of Belarus and beyond its borders, assisted extremist groups: disseminated information regarding the planning, organization, preparation and commission of attacks on the foundations of the constitutional order and public security of the Republic of Belarus. She, being the administrator of several destructive Telegram channels recognized in the established manner as extremist groups, and actually leading them, deliberately created and posted publications on the said resources. At the same time, the information contained in them was aimed at inciting social hostility and discord on the basis of a different social affiliation, publicly insulting government officials, judges, illegally disseminating information about the private life and personal data of victims without their consent." In addition, the political prisoner is accused of having posted offensive and slanderous publications in relation to Lukashenko in the said online communities.
In March 2024, an appeal was heard, as a result of which Alexandra's prison term was reduced by one year, without the right to appeal.
It became known that on May 31, 2024, she will be tried again under Articles 369 and 361 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus. Alexandra was held in ST No. 1 for the duration of the trial. Afterwards, she was sent back to IK No. 4 .

Andrei was accused of participating in protests in Minsk in 2020 and blocking public transport. The man was also accused of using a white-red-white ribbon and a victory gesture.
Andrey was identified by the photos he took at the protest and then published on his page vk.com.
The man fully admitted his guilt.
The prosecutor also filed a lawsuit to recover property damage from Andrey in favor of the Ministry of Transport in the amount of 86 515 BYN. The claim will be considered in civil proceedings.
Andrey has a higher education. He worked as a specialist.

Dmitry was found guilty that from November 25, 2020 to April 4, 2021, he left offensive comments in the telegram channel «Karateli Belarusi» towards the authorities. Investigators found at least 15 such statements, for which the man was tried.
