Going out onto the street to assist those affected by the actions of law enforcement, she was subjected to gunfire and a roundup, resulting in her detention. She spent three days in isolation at the Okrestina detention center, where she endured torture, including beatings and threats of violence. She was released afterward.
On October 16, 2020, Alexandra was detained again, this time as part of a criminal case.
