According to the indictment, Tatyana Minina, from November 4 to December 22, 2020, posted insulting comments about the victims on the Punishers of Belarus telegram channel. 14 people were recognized as victims in the case: law enforcement officers Moroz, Borisik, Pityakov, Logunov, Strivets, Grib, Aleksa, Ivoshko, Yevlash, Marchenko, Goreglyad, Malinovsky, Shashko and judge Yulia Krepskaya. The first five victims came for consideration, the rest did not appear and filed an application for consideration of the case in their absence.
According to the prosecution, Olesya Ashmarina on January 14 and January 26 in the telegram channel “Baranovich-Yuzhny_chat” under the photo of the local head of the GOVD Aleksey Hetman left comments: “He testifies falsely in many administrative cases against peaceful demonstrators in the city of Baranovichi” and “I feel sorry for him, so young, and already the most famous fascist in the city of Baranovichi. But he can sit longer, many years of life ahead. The Baranovichi investigators qualified these comments as slander and insulting a representative of the authorities. Russian citizen.
