Evgeniy and Olga Prudnikovs were found guilty under Art. 342 of the Criminal Code. During one of the peaceful meetings, they allegedly went out onto the roadway, thereby obstructing the movement of traffic and causing damage to Minsktrans. They are outside Belarus and were not present at the trial. They were put on the wanted list on December 21, 2022. At the trial, their testimony, which they gave as witnesses in another case in August 2022, was read out. Then they talked about their participation in the Marches on August 16 and 30, 2020.
The evidence in the case was photographs from Facebook of Olga Prudnikova with Marsha, testimony of witnesses who allegedly confirmed “the fact of the existence of an initial agreement with the accused to jointly participate in unsanctioned mass events in the central part of Minsk.”

The second charge also concerns Sergey's Internet activity. According to the prosecution, no later than 14:39 on February 27, 2022, the man sent a photo of the bulletin with two checkmarks to the NEXTA telegram bot. Thus, according to the prosecution, Sergey committed a crime under Part 1 of Article 361-4 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (Promotion of extremist activity).

On November 17, he, “sharing the ideas of social intolerance towards government officials,” spoke negatively about Alexander Lukashenko.

January 15, 2021 in the telegram channel “MCB. May Country Belarus” Artyom Koloshuk left a negative review about the Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus Pavel Muraveiko.
It is known that before his arrest, Koloshuk lived with his grandmother and worked in Moscow. He also has health problems - he cannot hear in one ear.
According to human rights activists, he will be released in the winter of 2024 , having fully served the sentence imposed by the court.

Taking into account the previous punishment, in the form of 8 months of imprisonment in a general regime colony, the final sentence is 2 years of imprisonment in a penal colony of general regime.
From the day of detention, on May 5, Koloshuk will be credited with days of stay in jail for a day and a half.
