In October-November 2020, January-May 2021, he posted offensive comments against other officials and officials of the Republic of Belarus.
In addition, Alexander allegedly illegally manufactured, stored and transported an object whose damaging effect is based on the use of combustible substances.
At the end of July 2023, he was released upon expiration of his sentence.

Detained for 2 comments on the social networks Odnoklassniki and on the Telegram channel Basta regarding the president. Pleaded guilty in court.

On October 31, 2024, Alexander will be tried again - in the Vitebsk District Court.The man is currentlyaccused of"distributingextremistmaterials " ( Part2 of Article19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).The caseis being heard byMikhailZubenya .
Alexander'snamehas appeared again on the schedule of the Vitebsk District Court - on December 12, his case for "spreading extremism" will be heard by Tatyana Lobatskaya.
