The second trial was on March 17 for the fact that cutting boards with “an image of a dog in a helmet with the SS emblem, a board with the image of a man in a helmet with the SS emblem” were found at the man’s house - that is, Kardash thus allegedly “kept for the purpose of distribution objects with the image Nazi symbols." The third trial took place on March 29 due to the fact that he shared a video on the Odnoklassniki social network: the video had the Nexta logo (there was a harsh suppression of the Minsk protests that took place on the night of August 9-10, 2020). Kardash shared this video on August 14, 2020.
On September 12, 2023, the appeal was considered and the verdict entered into force.

According to Nasha Niva, in 2005 Konstantin Prytulenko was an investigator, and later an assistant to the district prosecutor. Where Prytulenko worked before his arrest is unknown.
Initially, the process was open, but, at the request of the injured officials and security forces, it was closed.
In total, more than a dozen people pass as victims, including the former deputy chairman of the Mogilev city council, "the main ideologist of the city" Alla Galushko. Other victims include members of election commissions, prosecutors, law enforcers and other government officials.

The believer was forced to write down the so-called. a “repentance” video in which he appeared depressed and, under obvious duress, declared his homosexual orientation, which puts him at additional risk. In the propaganda video, they spoke about him in a humiliating tone, forced him to incriminate himself, and also showed photos and videos aimed at discrediting him in the eyes of believers. The Curia of the Minsk-Mogilev Archdiocese published a message indicating that a canonical investigation has been launched into the facts presented in the propaganda video.
Vladislav was arrested several times for a total of 45 days under the article on the distribution of “extremist materials” (Article 19.11 of the Administrative Code), after which a criminal case was opened under Article 130 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
On June 11, 2024, the appeal was considered and the verdict entered into force.
