According to the prosecution , Nadezhda Bedunka went on a protest march only once, causing “damage” amounting to 7,580 rubles.

According to the prosecution , Svetlana Krivitskaya, having previously agreed with Bedunka, took part in the Sunday march in Minsk, while “she was and moved along the roadway of Independence Avenue, disobeyed the legal demands of the police, blocked and obstructed the path of vehicles, as a result of which the above actions entailed disruption of public transport, causing material damage in the amount of 5,980 rubles.”
There are four such episodes in the case, and the final amount of damage to her and other protest participants was 85,000 rubles.
On August 9, 2024, in the Minsk District Court, Judge Manzhos Artem will make a decision "On replacing the restriction of freedom without sending to an open-type correctional institution." The next court hearing is scheduled for August 20, 2024.

Olga was accused of posting a story on Instagram, where she insulted a local traffic police inspector. Golomako admitted guilt and said that she posted the story out of resentment towards the traffic cop who drew up a report for a failed technical inspection.
The traffic police officer requested compensation of 5,000 rubles, but the court approved only 600. The woman must also pay a fine of 40 basic units and 111 rubles in state duty. Olga is raising three minor children alone.
