According to the prosecution’s position , Stepanyuk was detained at 01:50 at night under Article 24.4 of the Administrative Code, he was taken in a police car to the police department, and on the way to the police station, Stepanyuk spoke insultingly about the police and Alexander Lukashenko using profanity, everything was recorded on the video recorder. Andrei Stepanyuk made a full admission of guilt at the trial. During the investigation, he identified himself on video recordings. As aggravating circumstances, they are asked to take into account a recent conviction under Article 149 of the Criminal Code, and as a mitigating circumstance - the presence of a dependent small child.
On 02/03/2023, the appeal was considered and the verdict came into force.
According to human rights activists, he will be released in the winter of 2024 after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.

According to the indictment, Vadim Kalinin in February 2022, using his Xiaomi Redmi 6A mobile phone, left an offensive comment on his address on the Instagram under the publication of the minsk_news account with the image of Alexander Lukashenko.
At the hearing, the man admitted his guilt in full.
In addition to imprisonment, Vadim will be subjected to compulsory security measures and treatment for chronic alcoholism.

A criminal case was opened because of the incident with the national flag of the Republic of Belarus.
According to the prosecution, one day a company of 5 people gathered on the porch of the village council in Obrovo (Ivatsevichi district), among those gathered was Alexey. The guys were drinking and suddenly Alexey decided to climb up the drainpipe and remove the national flag. At the same time, the man broke the pipe, and put the flag on the porch. A girl from the same company raised a flag and put it against the wall.
Representatives of the prosecution qualified this story as an outrage against the national flag of the Republic of Belarus.

Alexander was arrested in August 2022 on charges of "damaging the wall of a store in the city of Dokshitsy with red wax crayon." He wrote "3%" on the wall and was subsequently convicted and sentenced to imprisonment.
It is known that shortly before his arrest, Alexander actively criticized retail outlets in Dokshitsy for selling expired products and violating sanitary standards.

Pavel Omelyanov was accused of reposting a publication with an image of Lukashenko on the Telegram channel on December 27, 2020, under which he left offensive comments.
The man was also accused of systematically stealing bicycles stored in apartment buildings at night from June 20, 2021 to July 12, 2022. The Bobruisk resident stole a total of 27 bicycles worth 11,000 rubles.
The man repented of his actions and fully admitted his guilt.
On May 18, 2024, an appeal hearing was held. The verdict came into force.
According to the materials of the court case, on August 30, 2021, Alexey left several offensive comments in one of the Telegram chats and, as the examination showed, thereby publicly insulted Lukashenko, deliberately humiliated his honor and dignity in an indecent form.
The judge sentenced Alexey to restriction of freedom without referral to a correctional facility for a period of 3 years. However, the prosecutor appealed the verdict. On February 9, 2023, the Judicial Board of the Mogilev Regional Court imposed a new punishment - imprisonment.
