Then, using a mobile phone, he sent it to telegram channels, including those recognized by the court as extremist formations.
Before the trial, Bobkov was at large, under surety. Artyom was taken into custody in the courtroom.
Maxim was arrested in September 2021 in connection with a criminal case opened for online comments following the deaths of KGB officer Dmitry Fedosyuk and IT specialist Andrei Zeltser in Minsk. He was sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony in December 2022.
He was released in January 2023, having fully served his sentence.

During the trial , it was established that in January 2022, Korsak posted a photo of Alexander Lukashenko with icons on his personal page on the Odnoklassniki social network, and also published an image of Nazi symbols in the colors of the national flag of the Republic of Belarus.
At the court hearing, the man explained that he understood the meaning of the posted image and did so consciously.
According to human rights activists, he was released on December 6, 2024, having fully served the sentence imposed by the court.

The wife of political prisoner Artem Anishchuk , was detained on November 4, 2022. Then she was sentenced to 10 days of arrest for reposting a post from Nasha Niva. After 10 days, Olga was not released. A “repentant video” appeared with her, in which she says that she was subscribed to “extremist” channels and made reposts from them. Pro-government telegram channels wrote that Anishchuk "is a candidate to spend the New Year in a temporary detention facility, as dozens of reposts have been recorded." Also, according to the security forces, Olga "fueled the situation around the penitentiary system with stuffing and fakes, bombarded government agencies with far-fetched complaints." On November 16, Olga was sentenced to 14 days of arrest for reposting from the Zerkalo telegram channel. On November 28, she was sentenced to another 10 days of arrest.
According to human rights activists, Olga has already been ill with bronchitis twice behind bars, as she is kept in inhuman conditions and sleeps on a concrete floor. In the Mogilev TDF, where she was transferred after the Akrestsin TDF, she is bullied and pressured - three times a day she is forced to undress to the naked and squat. In protest against this, on November 28, Olga Anishchuk went on a hunger strike.
On December 8, 2022, Olga left the temporary detention facility at the end of her administrative arrest.
She was arrested for participating in the 2020 protests in Grodno along with Lyudmila Mazurkevich. Natalia was ultimately sentenced to restricted freedom without a referral. In January 2024, Natalia was detained during a security forces raid on relatives of political prisoners and supporters. Natalia was never released and was sentenced to imprisonment.
Natalia was sentenced to 2.5 years in prison. She received credit for time served in a correctional facility (eight months), as well as time spent in pretrial detention. After four months in prison, Natalia was released, having served her sentence in full.

Sergei, an employee of the Värtanne Foundation, was detained at his home on the morning of November 4, 2022, following a search. After nearly five months in custody, he was released (reportedly on bail). Details of his case remain virtually unknown.
In March 2024, Sergei was convicted under the article "Financing the activities of an extremist group" and sentenced to restricted freedom with placement in an open-type institution.
According to human rights activists, he was released in early July 2025, having fully served his sentence.
He was a registered observer at the 2020 elections in Minsk, prepared letters to the prosecutor's office about election fraud.
He was very badly beaten during detention. Felix allegedly had a pornographic image on his phone, his defender and family are sure that this is fiction. Felix is supported in the colony by an elderly sister.
