A resident of the capital , Zakhar Pavlovich Kostko, is a citizen of Russia. He, along with Stanislav Akalovich, was accused of desecration of state symbols ( Article 370 of the Criminal Code ). In addition, Akalovich was found guilty of malicious hooliganism under Part 1 of Article 339.
