The Court of Appeal, which took place on August 29, 2023, overturned the judgment of the Kruglyansky Court of May 30, 2023. The case will be sent for a new trial to another district court of the Mogilev region.

According to the investigation, in October 2022, Podgaiskaya allegedly repeatedly sent photo and video files with text messages to the bot of the destructive Telegram channel of the extremist group.
The information sent to her contained information about the situation in the regions of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus, as well as planned activities at the combined arms training grounds.
