For his moral suffering from Gurinovich’s comment, policeman Kutsko asked for 2 thousand rubles in moral compensation. Maxim paid 400 rubles of this before the trial, so he filed a lawsuit for the remaining 1,600 rubles. The judge granted this claim: Gurinovich will have to pay Kutsko another 1,600 rubles in moral compensation, and also pay a fine of 50 b.v. (2000 rubles).
