Igor worked in Poland as an electrician. He was detained while crossing the Polish-Belarusian border.

Elena is originally from Mogilev, but studied in Minsk at the Faculty of Architecture of BNTU. She worked as an architect for some time, and then became an artist. She makes various jewelry and ceramic dishes, and also does calligraphy and painting.
On September 15, 2023, 57-year-old Gennady Vasilyuk was fined for "distributing extremist materials." Subscriptions to "extremist" materials were found on Gennady's Odnoklassniki page. Furthermore, Vasilyuk was dismissed from the locomotive depot "by mutual agreement."
On December 7, 2023, Gennady was arrested in connection with a criminal case for "defamation of Lukashenko" (Part 1, Article 367 of the Criminal Code) and placed in pretrial detention. The case was heard on February 22 and 26, 2024.
The man was accused of posting "likes" on three videos featuring economist Yaroslav Romanchuk on the social media site Odnoklassniki on June 8, 9, and 17, 2022.
Gennady admitted his guilt and stated that on the specified dates in June, he traveled to a village in the Zhabinka district, as confirmed by a mobile phone statement. He uses a push-button phone, so he couldn't have accessed Odnoklassniki while in the village.
Prosecutor Yegor Kronda found Gennady's guilt fully proven and requested a sentence of one year and six months in prison for him.
Gennady was convicted a second time on September 16, 2024, for participating in protests. His wife and three others were also convicted along with him. According to the court, the charge against all three was that on August 10, 2020, in Brest, people "shouted slogans, whistled, clapped, displayed white-red-white banners, and stepped onto the roadway." In doing so, they allegedly grossly violated public order.
The court sentenced Gennady to one and a half years in prison, but taking into account the unserved previous (political) sentence, the final sentence was only two years in a general regime penal colony.
He was expected to be released in October 2025 .

Detained for participating in the protest on August 10, 2020. A pro-government channel showed a video filmed on September 10, 2020, where a young man simply stands on the roadway of Masherov Avenue among protesters, and then leaves the road. The same channel showed the arrest: special forces with shields and machine guns burst into the young man's apartment.

Evgeny Glushkov is a former Mogilev journalist who worked for city television in the 1990s and 2000s, after which he collaborated with several city portals.
Glushkov was detained in early January after refusing to open the door to security forces. He was dragged out into the street, still wearing the clothes he was wearing at home.
According to some reports , a criminal case has been opened against Glushkov for his journalistic activities. The suspected charge is Article 361-1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (creation of or participation in an extremist group).
He was released in August 2026.
The 57-year-old man was hospitalized immediately after returning home. He was diagnosed with a trophic ulcer. Shortly before his release, Glushkov was also hospitalized.

Ilya was arrested in late October 2023 and convicted twice under Part 2 of Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus ( distribution, production, storage, and transportation of information products containing calls for extremist activity or promoting such activity). A criminal case was then opened for slander against A. Lukashenko.
According to human rights activists , he will be released in the fall of 2025.
The mother of political prisoner and blogger Olga Tokarczuk (released in June 2022 after serving her sentence). She was detained during a massive security forces raid on January 23-24, 2024, targeting relatives of political prisoners and people who sent packages and letters to them.
On September 10, 2026, she was released , having fully served her sentence.

She was sentenced to arrest for a period of 3 months for taking a photo of herself standing on the roadway. Victoria is a citizen of the Russian Federation. After serving her sentence, she was forcibly deported to the Russian Federation and deprived of a residence permit in the Republic of Belarus.
