Dmitry Stepanov was placed in pretrial detention. He was initially tried under administrative "political" charges, but was later charged with allegedly "creating and leading an extremist group" (Part 1, Article 361-1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus). The "extremist group" refers to the local Brest protest Telegram chat "GOBK."
He was detained for a chat-roulette conversation with Yuri Komar.
During the conversation, he asked Ukrainians for weapons, and to Komar's question: «Are you going to kill supporters of the current government?»; he answered: «Yes».
Dmitry was detained together with a friend — white-red-white flags were put on their heads, and then they were forced to wash the floor with these flags.
An appeal hearing was held on September 19, 2023. The verdict came into force.

According to the materials of the prosecution, Alexey Yaroshevich, back in April 2021, using a mobile phone on a page on a social network ok.ru posted an image of Alexander Lukashenko and accompanied it with an obscene text message.

It is known that Alexey Alekseychik worked as a transplant doctor at the Republican Scientific and Practical Center of Pediatric Oncology and Hematology for more than 20 years. He is considered one of the best specialists of the center, who has performed many bone marrow transplant operations.
In the spring of 2022, law enforcement officers gained access to the internal chat of employees of the Republican Scientific and Practical Center, where they discussed the political situation in Belarus, the work of the independent trade union «Panacea» and much more. It is assumed that the detention of the transplantologist is connected with this chat.
Andrei was convicted of slandering Lukashenko and participating in protests 2020. The circumstances of the case are unknown, as the court session was held in closed form.
On March 22, 2023, an appeal hearing was held. The verdict came into force.
According to the prosecution , on November 20, 2020, then on December 19, 2021, and from February to May 2022, Alexander posted several messages in the Telegram messenger from his Xiaomi Redmi 7A mobile phone, which “contained a clearly negative assessment of law enforcement officers, military personnel, as well as a group of people united by nationality.” He also posted comments on the Internet using obscene language, in which he gave “a clearly negative assessment of the personality of the head of state, humiliated his honor and dignity.”
On 04.04.2023, the appeal was considered and the verdict came into force.

He worked as an international transportation manager for the Minsk company Transglobal.
Sergey was very active in commenting on various messages in more than 30 groups. The Telegram account was more or less decently protected, but he had not changed it since 2018.
The security forces accuse him of "threatening government officials on the Internet" (he left 43 thousand comments). And also of transferring some information about his former classmate, a security officer, to the "Black Book of Belarus". 58 criminal cases have been opened against him.
On September 29, 2023, he was sent to pretrial detention center No. 4 (Mogilev). On October 27, Sergei's appeal was considered in the Minsk City Court. In late autumn 2023, it became known that Sergei had been transferred to pretrial detention center No. 1 as part of a new criminal case. The trial under Article 369 (insulting a government official) was scheduled for December 7, 2023, in the Minsk Moskovsky District Court, Judge Tatyana Pirozhnikova.

As stated by the investigation, Ruslan from February 2017 to November 2020 posted on his page in ok.ru publications with insulting and slanderous statements against Lukashenko. There were also accusations of Lukashenko's murder in the publications.
According to pro-government telegram channels, he was detained along with his wife for "financing extremist activities." Allegedly, Dmitry systematically made money transfers to the Baisol extremist fund.
On April 17, 2023, Dmitry's trial began.
