According to the prosecution, on July 18, 2021, Pavel Korolevich posted a message in a group called "Online Brest" on the social network "Vkontakte" that humiliated the honor and dignity of Alexander Lukashenko and was offensive to him. Also on August 11, 2021, he posted another offensive message in the same community.
In court, Korolevich partially admitted his guilt, since the offensive comments were made specifically in relation to Lukashenko, and not in relation to the President of the Republic of Belarus in connection with the performance of his official duties.

The woman was accused of calling the police station three times on the evening of August 10th, after drinking alcohol and arguing with her partner out of jealousy. As a witness, a senior duty inspector, testified in court, the woman asked the police to come without stating the reason for the call, and subsequently allegedly insulted Lukashenko. The comment was under the news of the Belarus of the Brain channel. The comment said that Golovchenko and Russian official Mishustin "discussed integration documents."
The message was assessed under Article 369 of the Criminal Code (insulting a government official). The prosecution requested one year in prison and a fine of 50 b.a. for this episode.
Another message was written in October 2021 in the LukhtaVikings Telegram chat. There, the prosecution saw an insult to Lukashenko, and the prosecutor requested another year in prison under Part 1 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code.
On 08.12.2023, the appeal was heard and the verdict came into force.

The man was "identified" from a CCTV recording and was detained on August 14, placed in a pretrial detention facility pending trial. The court claimed that Alexander was intoxicated.

23-year-old Sergei was accused of tearing a red and green flag from a dormitory building in Grodno on the night of June 25 after drinking alcohol with friends and taking it with him, after which he threw the flag on the street near the building. The court valued the flag together with the tree at 35 rubles 70 kopecks. The man fully admitted his guilt.
Sergei was counted towards the term of his arrest for being held in custody. The court considered the imposed sentence to have been fully served and released the man in the courtroom.

Svetlana is a pensioner and cycling activist from Gomel, chairman of the regional public association “VeloGomel”. Previously, Korol worked as a teacher-organizer. In 2020, a woman joined the Gomel Coordination Council.
