There was also an investigation against Kronda under another popular political article - Article 370 of the Criminal Code (Desecration of state symbols) - but that case was closed due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.
According to human rights activists, he will be released in the summer of 2024.

According to pro-government media, 32-year-old Roman Dudkin allegedly “posted many comments containing insults to Lukashenko and internal affairs officers using profanity.”
