When police officers inspected his mobile phone, they found subscriptions to Telegram channels recognized by the authorities as "extremist". Initially, the court arrested Viktor Zolotarevsky under the article on dissemination of extremist materials (Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), but later he was charged under criminal articles for registering in the chatbot "Plan Peramoga" and a video sent to the Telegram channel Nexta. The video showed a conversation between Ukrainian soldiers and relatives in Gomel.
Zolotarevsky lived in Minsk and worked in the carriage depot of the Minsk branch of the Belarusian Railways, living in a hostel.
After his arrest he was fired.
There is a possibility that he was released on pardon.
According to the prosecution, at the end of October 2022, in a group supporting the current government, the 64 year old chairman of one of the garage-building cooperatives of Gomel, Alexander Rumko, incited hostility against police officers and glorified collaborators. The Homel resident posted all his comments, including slandering Lukashenka, on a social network ok.ru .

During the Soviet era, he studied in the Ukrainian city of Krivoy Rog, worked at Mozyrpromstroy, and in 1992, together with friends, founded the company "Lotus", of which he is still a co-owner.
Starotitorov received letters of gratitude from the executive committee and the Orthodox Church and was included in the list of the best entrepreneurs of the Gomel region.
On 10.11.2023, the appeal was heard. The verdict came into force.
On November 28, 2023, he was added to the KGB's "terrorist list". On January 18, 2024, Pyotrwas removedfrom the "terrorist list".
He was pardoned in January 2025.

It is known from the prosecution materials that Kushnarev, using a mobile phone from August 2020 to February 2022, repeatedly posted publications on his page on the ok.ru, which contained insults to the President, the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Belarus and the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus in connection with the performance of their duties.
At the same time, at the discretion of the court, deliberately false and untrue data were given in the publications, discrediting and degrading the honor and dignity of the victims.
Dmitry was found guilty that from November 25, 2020 to April 4, 2021, he left offensive comments in the telegram channel «Karateli Belarusi» towards the authorities. Investigators found at least 15 such statements, for which the man was tried.
