Anatoly Volodko is 56 years old. He is a resident of Minsk. The man has a wife, an adult daughter and a son who will soon turn eighteen. Volodko worked as a programmer at Top Soft for over 20 years. It is engaged in the creation of the Galaxy product ecosystem, which is necessary for the digitalization of business. The company's central office is located in Russia, where Anatoly worked part of the time.
The exact date of the man's arrest is unknown, but it was probably January 15 or 16, 2024. After all, on January 17, he and his wife were convicted of "petty hooliganism" - he was sentenced to 15 days, while the sentence for his wife is unknown. According to the testimony of security officials, Anatoly Volodko "was in a public place and, out of hooligan motives, was shouting loudly, using obscene language, waving his arms and behaving aggressively." The man did not admit his guilt and said that he was detained in his own home in the middle of the day. He did not do any of the things that the witnesses said.
According to cellmate Anatoly Volodko, he refused to pay "donations" that KGB officers threatened to offer to those who made donations. In general, the man did not admit his guilt. Anatoly's cellmate claims that this served as the reason for further prosecution - administrative and criminal.
On August 27, 2024, Anatoly had his appeal heard and the verdict came into force.

The court found that Sergei Gnevko , "being a person previously convicted of publicly insulting Lukashenko and having been taken to the special detention facility of the Orsha District Department of Internal Affairs for committing an administrative offense under Article 19.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism), while in a state of alcoholic intoxication, in the presence of police officers and an employee of the special detention facility, publicly made a statement containing an obscene form of speech addressed to Alexander Lukashenko in connection with the exercise of his powers."
The court found Sergei Gnevko guilty and, under Part 2 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code, he was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of four years. Based on the totality of sentences, the court partially added the unserved sentence under the previous sentence to the sentence imposed and finally sentenced him to imprisonment for a term of 4 years and 6 months.
On August 16, 2024, the appeal hearing took place and the verdict came into force.

Zhanna Dashkevich is 54 years old. She comes from the village of Svatki, Myadel district, Minsk region. Zhanna graduated from the Bobruisk Medical College in 1987, and at the age of 41 she entered the Belarusian State Pedagogical University to study as a psychologist. It is unknown when Zhanna Dashkevich was detained and why. But she stopped being online in October 2023, although she had previously been active on social networks.
The trial of the woman began on June 3, 2024 in the Minsk Regional Court. Zhanna is being tried under two articles - “recruitment, training or preparation for participation in war, as well as material support for such activities” and “creation of an extremist formation or participation in it.” She faces five to ten years in prison
