68-year-old Boris Vitko was accused of writing an offensive comment regarding judge Nikolai Kmita on September 30, 2021, in the Lyakhovichi 97 telegram channel.

At the end of May 2023, it became known that Boris was detained again. This was reported by the pro-government telegram channel. Riot police officers in bulletproof vests with shotguns detained a man on the territory of a private house. In the published video, Boris says that he was detained on suspicion of insulting Lukashenko (Article 368 of the Criminal Code). A search was conducted at the place of residence in the village of Medvedichi, Lyakhovichi district.
Later, human rights activists learned that for some time Boris Vitko was held in the Lyakhovichi temporary detention center, then transferred to the Baranovichi pre-trial detention center. He is now in pre-trial detention center No. 7 in Brest awaiting trial. In November 2023, Boris was added to the list of terrorists. The trial took place in early January 2024.
Boris has heart problems and must constantly take medication.

The man was accused of making a repost on his page on the social network VKontakte on August 23 with an image and someone else’s comment about an employee of the Baranovichi District Department of Internal Affairs. They sentenced him to 2 years of chemotherapy and 1000 rubles in moral compensation. The sentence came into force on July 27. Since August 16, he has been in the IUOT in Vitebsk.

According to the prosecution , on November 5, 2022, the telegram channel “Belarus beyond the Moscow Ring Road” published a video of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with its signature. In that video, teachers and cadets of the Academy read Ekaterina Dovlatova’s poems “It’s not easy for men.” And 20 minutes after the publication of such a post, Fedoruk left a comment under it, with which (according to the prosecution) he publicly insulted women. Two teachers from the video filed a claim against Fedoruk “for compensation for moral damage” for 2,000 rubles each.
The prosecutor proposed to punish Alexander Fedoruk with 2 years of “chemistry” (restricted freedom with a transfer to an open correctional facility. On January 15, 2024, the judge announced the verdict. What it turned out to be is still unknown.

The man was accused of writing a telegram comment about a certain Minister of Education of the Republic of Belarus on June 23, 2022. In the commentary, the examination found a “negative assessment” of the minister, expressed “in a non-standard form.”

With this, according to the prosecution, the man publicly insulted A. Lukashenko.

According to the prosecution , on February 13, 2023, Igor Svirida, while in the Compulsory Enforcement Department (COI), “... provided a department employee with a handwritten explanation of the reasons for non-payment of fines imposed by the court for committing various administrative offenses, in which he deliberately and publicly wrote the text, in the content of which, in an offensive form, he expressed a negative assessment of the president’s personality, presented in the form of an obscene form of speech expression...”
On the same day, when a squad of employees of the Security Department was called to the enforcement department to detain him, he again publicly insulted A.G. Lukashenko. The investigation claims that Igor Svirida was allegedly intoxicated in the premises of the OPI.
During the court hearing, he partially admitted his guilt.
According to human rights activists, he will be released in the winter of 2024 upon expiration of his sentence.

The reason for the criminal case was a video recorded by Yuri in the Tik Tok. According to Yuri's explanations, on October 5, 2022, he called the local district police officer Dmitry Tiunov to help resolve a family conflict. The district police officer promised to come, but did not do it. On emotions (and being drunk), Yuri recorded a video where he said that the police were working poorly, and insulted Tiunov.

On 02/03/2023, the appeal was considered and the verdict came into force.

On July 4, 2022, on VKontakte, in the group “[Suvorov Grad 5.0] Kobrin”, she left an insulting comment about Lukashenko A.G., which, according to the prosecution, was offensive.
