According to Yuri's explanations, on October 5, 2022, he called the local district police officer Dmitry Tiunov to help resolve a family conflict. The district police officer promised to come, but did not do it. On emotions (and being drunk), Yuri recorded a video where he said that the police were working poorly, and insulted Tiunov.
