Since at least 2018, Elvira has been working as a sole proprietor and running her own business. She managed the Imbir Event Agency, organizing and decorating events of any complexity, creating photo zones and candy bars, and managing window displays.
Zhanna was born in 1969 in Murmansk, Russia. She studied at the printing school in Ufa, but spent most of her life in Mozyr, Belarus. She was registered as a sole proprietor, was passionate about fitness and healthy eating, and traveled extensively.
In 2023, Sereda received an invitation from a Polish company and has lived and worked in Poznan since then.
Plans for a quiet life abroad were interrupted upon her return to Belarus. Zhanna last posted anything on social media in December 2025—she was detained shortly afterward.

Tatyana Sharak also tried her hand at singing. She was the lead singer of the cover band "3rd Region." She also developed an interest in the Belarusian language and national culture.
