On April 21, 2022, the court considered the case “about transfer to a different type of correctional facility and changing the conditions of the regime” and decided to place Artem in a colony for 9 months.

Dmitry was detained on October 21, 2020, and brutally beaten. He then spent two days in hospital with a moderate head injury and multiple injuries to his right hip. He was convicted of hitting a police officer in civilian clothes who was filming a street concert, "restricting the victim's freedom, attempting to strike twice, and threatening."
On August 9, 2023, he was released after serving the full sentence imposed by the court.
