According to the case materials , Nikita Litvinenko, as well as political prisoners Yan Falkin, Vladimir Matyukh and Vladislav Borisov, entered into a conspiracy, planned participation in protests, determined the route, and coordinated actions in the event of detention. The accused were in a telegram chat called “Hour X”, where the discussion took place. In this chat, according to investigators, an attack on police officers was being prepared.
In 2022, strong pressure began on the political prisoner; he was repeatedly held in a punishment cell for several months in a row, and placed in the PKT. It is known that this year Nikita spent six months in a cell-type room, from June 30, 2023.
As human rights activists learned at the end of autumn 2023, a criminal case was opened against Nikita under Part 2 of Art. 411 (malicious disobedience to the requirements of the administration of a correctional institution). The trial of the political prisoner began in Shklov on November 3 and the trial lasted until early January 2024. Nikita was given another year in prison.
