At the trial, Stanislav admitted guilt. He said that he and his friend took part in a march along Independence Avenue; a group of citizens publicly shouted slogans using protest symbols and hand gestures. At the same time, blocking traffic by entering the roadway lanes with other citizens.

As it became known from the case materials, Semenenya was identified from a photo on a friend’s phone, which was taken from him during a search.

Before the trial, Semenenya was on bail in the amount of 11,100 rubles.

In January 2024, three members of the group were detained : Alexander Ilyin, Sergei Kulsha, Dmitry Kholyavkin . A “repentance” video was recorded with Alexander Ilyin. According to human rights activists, on January 8, in the Leninsky District Court of Mogilev, the musicians were tried under Article 19.11 of the Administrative Code (distribution of extremist materials).

On January 29, 2024 , it became known that the musicians were transferred to a pre-trial detention center in Minsk. Apparently, criminal cases have been opened against them. It is currently unknown what exactly “crimes” the group members are accused of.
