Sysoev comes from Bronnaya Gora; in recent years he lived in Bereza (Brest region). According to data from an already deleted profile on Vkontakte, in 2008 he graduated from BSUIR with a degree in Artificial Intelligence. At the time of his arrest, he was developing a computer game. The man was detained on July 5, 2023, and has been in custody since then.

The man was accused of transferring money to Kalinovsky’s regiment through the social network Facebook using the PayPal payment system. The transfer in the amount of 12.91 US dollars was from a Belarusian card.
On February 12, prosecutor Bogush requested 5 years in a maximum security colony for Sysoev. The verdict was announced on February 14. The exact verdict is currently unknown, but in the vast majority of cases in political cases, Brest judges award exactly what prosecutors ask for.

On February 2, 2024, a telegram channel close to the Brest GUBOPiK published a repentant video with Timur Lozko.

In the video, security forces showed how men with shields and weapons, in full uniform, burst into the house. This is followed by footage where Timur Aleksandrovich, with his hands behind his back, says that he was found with subscriptions to Nekhta, and that he also donated to this telegram channel. The man also says that he works at Lode as an anesthesiologist and resuscitator.

On the Internet you can find that Lozko was detained back in October 2020 (and in solidarity with him, other doctors in Brest went out to protest with the inscriptions “I/we are Timur”). And during the referendum in February 2022, he was detained again, and under Article 24.23 of the Code of Administrative Offences, “Illegal picketing,” he first served in a temporary detention facility, and then received a fine of 50 b.v.

He was sentenced to 5 years in prison for donating to Kalinovsky’s regiment (the first - 13.63 euros, the second - 35 euros, a total of 133 rubles 30 kopecks).

In 2006, he graduated with a master's degree from the Physics Department of Belarusian State University. Before his arrest, he held the position of lead software engineer (a management position) at EPAM. In May 2020, Pavel, along with a team of other IT employees, helped Belarusian teachers set up a distance learning system. Pavel is married and has two children. At the time of his arrest and trial, his wife was pregnant; he had not seen their second child.

Judging by social media, Pavel was involved in social dancing (hustle).

The conviction was based on PayPal donations made between 2020 and 2022 to funds and initiatives such as BYSOL, BY_help, BYPOL, and others. Most of the donations ranged from 10 to 50 euros, with about ten transfers in total. Pavel acknowledged the transfers and explained them as a desire to help people affected by the protests or those who lost their jobs.

On March 1, 2024, the appeal was considered and the verdict came into force.

Detained for donations. Was awarded in the category “Best Graduate of BSU” 2018. After her arrest, Ksenia was kept in the KGB pre-trial detention center for several months, after which she was transferred to pre-trial detention center-1, and then to pre-trial detention center-3.

On June 4, 2024, Ksenia’s appeal was considered. The verdict came into force.

Georgy Cherevako was detained in August while returning from the United States. He was convicted for a donation of $21.29, which he sent from his PayPal account in support of the Kalinowski Regiment. A Belarusian card was linked to the account, from which the funds were debited. The authorities considered these to be deliberate actions “for the purpose of financing activities for the recruitment, training, and other preparation” of persons for armed conflict in Ukraine.

At the trial, he said that he voluntarily told the officers who detained him that he was subscribed to numerous “extremist” telegram channels, and admitted that he had made a transfer to the account of Polk Kalinovsky.

He himself gave the employees passwords to enter the payment system. He said that he made a donation because he hoped that these funds would be used to purchase helmets, body armor, and medicines, but he understood that they would use them according to their own understanding and, among other things, buy weapons and ammunition with them.

According to the prosecution , Alexander Goncharov transferred funds through a bank transfer to finance the activities of the “Kastus Kalinovsky Regiment.”

Detained along with his son for donations. According to officials, the man was convicted of making more than 100 money transfers totaling $1,885. Transfers were made from August 7, 2020 to March 24, 2021.

This was considered “financing the activities of an extremist formation” (although, most likely, at that time the initiatives were not any “extremist formations”).

On 02/02/2024 the appeal hearing was held, the verdict came into force.

He was detained in early May 2023, when he came to deliver a parcel to his brother Maksim Lopatin, who was detained in the Machulishchi case. Before that, the man lived in Lithuania. He was detained in the same case of sabotage in Machulishchi and charged under Article 289 of the Criminal Code. Later, the article was reclassified to 361-2 of the Criminal Code (financing of extremist activity).

At the trial, Andrei did not admit guilt.

On July 5, 2024, the appeal was heard and the verdict came into force.

A pharmacist by education, Dmitry is accused under six articles of the criminal code.

According to the state prosecution , from August 2020 to February 2023, the man transferred 68 euros to the accounts of the Belsat information resource, as well as 68 euros and 78 dollars to the accounts of the Bysol Solidarity Fund. In addition, for more than a year he transferred money from a media resource - "whose materials are recognized as extremist", as well as 33 euros to the accounts of the Kastus Kalinouski Regiment.

The defendant made photocopies of departmental documents that were sent to the pharmacy and sent them to Telegram channels, which Lukashenko's servants call "extremist groups." During the first court hearing, it became known that the documents included information about the verification of military registration cards of those liable for military service, about the disappearance of some Ukrainian-made medicines from the Belarusian market, an appeal from the Belarusian Union of Women in connection with the situation at the border, and a decision by the Ministry of Health. In addition, the man recorded a video from the pharmacy's outdoor surveillance cameras showing the movement of Russian military equipment and also sent it to Telegram channels.

On 28.11.2023, the appeal was heard. The verdict came into force.

Former lecturer at the Department of Communications at BSUIR. This department is designed to train career officers for the Armed Forces and other security agencies and departments of the Republic of Belarus. Nikolai was initially sentenced to administrative arrest, and then re-arrested as part of a criminal case. He was convicted for three donations that the man made in August 2020.

From the moment he was transferred to the colony, Mikhail served 180 days in a punishment cell, then was placed in a PKT.

As of April 2025, he was transferred to prison regime in Prison No. 4 .

A 34-year-old resident of Bobruisk. After 10 days in the Okrestina detention center, he was transferred to pretrial detention center No. 1.

The man was charged with donating to an organization recognized as terrorist in Belarus. He faces 8 to 12 years in prison.

Dmitry Sluk did not appeal the verdict and was transferred to one of the Belarusian colonies to serve his sentence.

On June 24, 2024, the conditions of detention were tightened, and Dmitry was transferred to prison regime.

Nikolai is accused of "financing terrorist activity", under which article he faces 8 to 12 years in prison.

The man's last known place of employment was the Republican Olympic Training Center for Track and Field.

On June 6, 2023, he was sentenced under Article 361-2 of the Criminal Code to 6 years in a maximum security penal colony and a large fine. Other details of the case are unknown.

On September 1, 2023, Judge V. Cherevach was to consider the appeal of the political prisoner in the Supreme Court. At the moment, the first sentence has entered into force, so when the second was issued, Vasilevich was already considered to have a previous conviction.

On September 12, 2023, another trial of Nikolai took place in the Pervomaisky District Court. This time, he was accused of "financing terrorist activity." In total, Svetlana Cherepovich sentenced him to 9 years and 6 months in a maximum security penal colony for his donations, as well as a fine of 600 basic units. The pro-government film states that he made at least 54 donations to solidarity funds.

On November 14, 2023, the appeal was heard and the verdict came into force.
