Recognized as a political prisoner by the HRC Vesna on July 12, 2022 under Article 369 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
On June 29, 2022, he was not released and was re-arrested. On July 25, 2022, he was convicted under Article 369 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus for "insulting" in a closed chat.
On May 18, 2023, he was released after the expiration of his sentence.
