On August 10, 2021, Stanislav was detained for 3 days, having found marijuana during a search. They opened a drug case against him and placed him in custody, then the court found him guilty and prescribed freedom restriction with referral to an open-type correctional facility.
But after the verdict was announced, the guy was not released from jail, but continued to be held in custody — now having been charged with inciting hostility.
According to the prosecution, on September 24, 2020, Stanislav wrote in the telegram chat «Brest 97%» under the nickname «Partizan».

But during the search, Trusov was found about two grams of marijuana, which he himself gave to the security forces during the search. The essence of the accusations under parts 1 of articles 328 and 329 of the Criminal Code is that Trusov grew a narcotic plant for the purpose of its sale and use. Trusov has grown at least three seedlings with the help of a personal computer case, light and other necessary equipment for growing cannabis. He also kept drugs in his car.
In September 2023, he was released upon expiration of his sentence.
