*Zeltser's case - detentions and arrests of people for comments and likes on social networks in support of IT manager Andrey Zeltser. Zeltser defended himself with a gun and was killed by a officer of the State Security Committee during detention. A officer of the State Security Committee was also killed.
In the summer of 2023 he was released after the expiration of his sentence.
