During the trial, Dobrokhotov did not admit guilt on two counts of crime. He explained that in September 2020, after work, he saw many people heading towards Pobediteley Avenue. I didn't know any of them. People moved along the sidewalks. He went with them, entered the crowd, because he was interested in what was happening there. He did not have any prohibited symbols with him. And according to the circumstances of the charge of possession of narcotic substances, he said that for 4 months someone A lived in his apartment as a guest. When he left, he temporarily left some things in his apartment, among which a jar of “grass” was later found. .
When Yuri was detained, police officers beat him.
Based on the totality of crimes, the final sentence was imprisonment for a period of two years. On October 20, 2023, an appeal hearing was held.

Vladimir was accused of leaving an offensive comment “scum” on the telegram channel “Punisher of Belarus” on July 5, 2021, in the direction of a police major of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Ivanovo District Executive Committee. In 2020, the policeman was involved in “protecting public order” and was involved in the consideration of administrative cases that were filed en masse against Belarusians for participating in protests.

During the search, hashish was found in his possession. Evgeny said that he bought it for himself and his friend-colleague Yuri, with whom he had previously used it repeatedly.

The trial lasted from February 14 to June 2, almost four months.
Yevgeny partially admitted his guilt, explained that he did not agree with the results of the presidential elections in Belarus, and that is why he decided to act actively.
