According to the indictment, Igor Grishchenkov publicly insulted Lukashenka from October 26, 2020 to November 13, 2021 in the Let's Help Baranovichi chat. Three times he posted there a photograph of Lukashenka "in a humiliating form - clown makeup." Under one of the posts, he posted a comment that contained the word "rat", under the second - "schizophrenic". The examination recognized that the comments "contain a negative assessment of the male personality, placed on the photo”.

According to human rights activists, he will be released in the fall of 2023 upon expiration of his sentence.
