Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Zheshko Aleksandr Konstantinovich is an employee of law enforcement agencies involved in politically motivated repressions. Responsible for the criminal inaction of the prosecutor's office and the refusal to initiate criminal cases against law enforcement officers guilty of using violence, damaging property and killing civilians. Involved in the persecution of citizens who expressed disagreement with the Lukashenko regime and spoke out against the falsification of the presidential elections in the Republic of Belarus in 2020. Acted as a state prosecutor in the case of Yuri Evgenievich Chudinovich, the author of the YouTube channel "Tochka Nevozvrata", convicted under Articles 130, 188 and 174 of the Criminal Code and sentenced to 4 years in prison.
