Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Shego Aleksandr Fomich is an employee of law enforcement agencies involved in politically motivated repressions. Shego Aleksandr personally beat detainees, created unbearable conditions of detention and came up with new rules of conduct in the pre-trial detention facility to put pressure on detainees.
