It's marasmus and profanation of all criminal articles when a mask, ripped off, is qualified as a crime. How much honesty must be lost to reach this? Look, what terms are given even to 18-years old girls, what these terms mean? That means that those people who faked multiply elections assume that they can push everyone back with batons. Will we let them do it? We shouldn't allow at any case.
I know that you are just a talking head (to a judge). The chair, you are sitting on, is more honest, than you, Mr. Bregan. The sentences, announced there, are based not on laws but on absence of laws. All the sentenses are signed and distributed in advance. Thus considering full unlegitimacy all of your structures, all the sentences, including mine, are not juridiсally imposed, they are not legal: I do not сonfess them.
In April 2022, another year in prison was added to Polina's term for disobeying the requirements of the administration. In June 2023, another similar case was brought against her.
The political prisoner is kept for most of her term in inhuman conditions in a punishment cell (SHIZO). Now, when Polina is in jail awaiting trial, she can be sent postcards, money orders and parcels.
The Rada of the Belarusian People's Republic awarded Polina Sharendo-Panasiuk with the Order of the Chase.
