A police inspector at the Moscow District Police Department in Brest, and a police captain. He testified as a victim in the lawsuit against political prisoner and activist Polina Sharenda-Panasyuk. A medical expert's report regarding Rachinsky's injury was attached to the case file. He suffered a bruise on his nose, which may have been sustained on January 3, 2021, when an officer's mask was torn off during a search of Sharenda-Panasyuk's apartment. Polina was sentenced to three years in a general regime penal colony under Articles 364, 368, and 369 of the Criminal Code. According to some reports, he left Belarus and may be in Poland.
