He was arrested along with his wife. In the video of the security forces, Pavel says that at the printing house owned by Legalitbay, he allegedly printed protest leaflets. The man also says that he allegedly wrote into "protest" boots, including the "Black Book of Belarus". In the latter, he allegedly conveyed information about the militiamen and the prosecutor. His wife works in an IT company. She was detained for being in her car there was a protest sticker. In the video, she says that she "participated in protests", but this is not confirmed.
