Natalia Manyla will be tried as "a person who committed a socially dangerous act, as provided for by criminal law, in a state of unconsciousness or who fell ill with a mental disorder (illness) after committing the crime."

In 2020, propagandist Gladkaya wrote about Natalia during her arrest: "I saw her at the women's half-march, when the young ladies in Bely "strolled" along Independence Avenue near Victory Square. She told me that she was at the marches allegedly because of her son, who was completely accidentally injured, finding himself in the very center of the protest events."

Natalia Mikulich has 5,000 followers on Facebook and TikTok. For over five years, she has been waging a persistent fight against pedophiles and security forces, who, in her opinion, cover for pedophiles. And in Belarus-2024, three criminal cases were opened against her.

Before the 2020 presidential elections, she reposted independent media (for example, Belsat) several times, but after August 16, 2020, she no longer did so.

On February 14, 2024, Natalia and her husband Sergei went to see the Minister of Internal Affairs Ivan Kubrakov, who came to Volozhin. This gave her great hope, as he ordered a re-examination of the criminal case materials. But two months later, the woman disappeared from all social networks.

Craftswoman, artist and writer from Polotsk.

Human rights activists are aware of several facts of administrative prosecution of Nelly Alferova. The woman spoke about some of them in one of her video messages to Lukashenko and senior government officials in 2021; the details of others were clarified in the courts.

In 2020, the Polotsk resident was an observer in the presidential elections. At that time, the security forces already had special records of her.

At the end of 2021, the woman decided to leave Belarus with her son. In the videos, she talked about the problems she had to face in emigration. The host of the program on the pro-government TV channel "Zvyazda" thanked Alferova for her sincerity and invited her to return home as soon as possible. Belarusian emigrant acquaintances offered the woman both practical and financial help. But she refused and at the same time “looked depressed, broken.” The woman indeed soon returned to Belarus.

At the end of 2023, texts criticizing the current Belarusian authorities periodically appeared on the pages of Nelly Alferova. And at the same time, the woman wrote that she was being secretly stalked, that she found hidden video cameras in her apartment...

Also on the Polotsk resident’s social networks, you can see many reposts from Internet resources recognized as “extremist.” Probably the police noticed this and detained Nellie.
