Ivan Muravyov is 43 years old. At one time, he was at the origins of the STV TV channel, but for the last ten years he has been engaged in managing the famous hookah bar «Kaliannaya No. 1» on Karl Marx Street.
Detained the Investigative Committee in a hookah bar. Muravyov did not participate in the protests of 2020 (but he had an administrative arrest. He turned out to be a random victim who was dragged out of the car by law enforcement officers during the protests).
The trial was held behind closed doors.

The defendant is known to have previously run a "banned" blog on YouTube. The case of insulting a representative of the authorities was brought against him back in 2021.
Released from criminal liability due to the expiration of the statute of limitations
The woman was found guilty of taking part in one of the Marches in Minsk on September 6, 2020. According to the indictment, Svetlana Kindel moved as part of the convoy , "including in a hitch with her elbows," blocking the movement of vehicles.

He was accused that on September 20, 2020, he took part in a protest action and went out on the roadway on Timiryazev Street in Minsk.
The Prosecutor, in the interests of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise «Minsktrans», a lawsuit was filed for compensation for property damage in the amount of 47 716,07 BYN.
At the court hearing, Levchuk fully admitted his guilt.
In this criminal case, he was detained from February 15, 2022 to February 25, 2022, from March 17, 2022 to March 20, 2022, and from May 16, 2022 until the announcement of the verdict (August 11, 2022) was in detention.
