Strebkov Dmitry Nikolaevich is an accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus.
As the head of the correctional institution "Prison No. 8 in Zhodino", Strebkov bears personal responsibility for the cruel and inhuman treatment of prisoners and the torture used against them.
Under Strebkov's leadership, Prison No. 8 (SIZO) in Zhodino became one of the most cruel in the country - in terms of detention conditions and in relation to prisoners. In particular, prisoners are subjected to beatings, do not receive parcels, do not receive letters, are subjected to torture by hunger, lack of walks, confinement in cramped cells together with people without a fixed abode, for additional torture by unsanitary conditions.
For his crimes, he was included in the sanctions lists of EU countries.

According to the prosecution, Ovcharenko was prosecuted in April and October 2022 under Parts 1 and 2 of Art. 19.10 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for a public demonstration using the Internet of Nazi symbols and paraphernalia.
After imposing a second administrative penalty in November 2022, from his Xiaomi RedMi Note 10 mobile phone, he again posted an image with Nazi symbols on the social network Twitter, referring to the period of Nazi Germany (1933-1945). In fact, this symbolism referred to the Russian military.
