Vyacheslav was convicted in June 2023 for comments in Telegram chats calling for participation in protests that took place in Grodno in 2020. His participation is "proven" by his mobile phone billing records. He developed diabetes in prison.

A plastics granulation machine operator at the Grodno Azot branch of the Khimvolokno enterprise. He was detained by GUBOPiK officers . On camera, the man said that his detention was related to his registration in the Peramoga plan chat bot, where he showed his military registration specialty (commander of the artillery reconnaissance unit, senior sergeant). He noted that he had not carried out any sabotage missions .

A Polish citizen was convicted of "intelligence activities" in the Republic of Belarus. In April 2023, Jerzy turned 58 years old. He comes from a border village near Bialystok, and has lived in Belarus since the 90s - he moved to Grodno after getting married. Until the verdict, his relatives were sure that this was a mistake and Jerzy would be released. The relatives of the accused still cannot understand how he attracted the attention of the security forces.
On June 21, 2025, Jerzy was released after a visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, Keith Kellogg.
The man was accused of swearing after drinking alcohol with a friend near a store after being detained by Smorgon District Department of Internal Affairs officers, including at Lukashenko for the fact that Belarus did not recognize the independence of Abkhazia.

Viktor Lameko, a businessman from Zelva, was brutally detained and beaten during his arrest. Initially, he was charged under Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus (dissemination of extremist materials). Without even allowing Lameko to leave the courthouse, security forces detained him again and again charged him under Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus. While he was in pretrial detention, a third charge was filed against him.
As it became known , the businessman is in pretrial detention, he has already been charged under the criminal article for slander against Lukashenko A.G.
While the man was in pretrial detention, his mother died.
Viktor sued the tax authorities and defended entrepreneurs from the Grodno region in court.
The appeal was heard on October 24, 2023. The verdict entered into force.
According to human rights activists, he will be released at the end of 2025.

In a video posted on the telegram channel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a man was forced to admit that in 2020 he participated in rallies in Minsk, spoke negatively to police officers and their families, had a subscription to telegram channels recognized in the Republic of Belarus as extremist.
According to the prosecution, Dzyuba left publications that humiliated the honor and dignity of Lukashenko and contained an obscene form of linguistic expression in relation to him.
He also posted publications with photos of policemen on social networks, accompanied them with a text with a negative assessment. Among them were images of employees of temporary detention facilities with a swastika, Lukashenko with an improvised gallows.
The man pleaded guilty in full. He said that he had reposted the information on Facebook.com.
All the victims stated that the publication caused them moral harm.
In the spring of 2024, he was released after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.

He was detained in early March, near the village of Voronovo, Grodno region, trying to leave Belarus for Lithuania. When police officers inspected his mobile phone, they found subscriptions to Telegram channels recognized by the authorities as "extremist". Initially, the court arrested Viktor Zolotarevsky under the article on dissemination of extremist materials (Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), but later he was charged under criminal articles for registering in the chatbot "Plan Peramoga" and a video sent to the Telegram channel Nexta. The video showed a conversation between Ukrainian soldiers and relatives in Gomel.
Zolotarevsky lived in Minsk and worked in the carriage depot of the Minsk branch of the Belarusian Railways, living in a hostel.
After his arrest he was fired.
There is a possibility that he was released on pardon.

Maxim, a member of the independent trade union Grodno Azot, was arrested on January 10, 2023, and later convicted for participating in protests in Grodno in 2020, as well as for reposting them on social media. The man was accused of leaving a comment in Belarusian in the corporate chat of one of the social networks of a large freight transportation company, in which he explained that: “our flag is white-red-white”; and called today’s: “sunrise over a swamp.”
Pavel wrote the comment while he was in Western Europe on a flight after which he returned to Belarus.
