It has emerged that, after the August 2020 elections, Lapikov posted a photo of Alexander Lukashenko in an SS uniform (a Nazi paramilitary organization responsible, among other things, for crimes against humanity) on his Instagram page. The post about him appeared on September 27, 2021, and Kondratenko left a comment on September 28.
Anna's second sentence was 1 year of imprisonment and a fine of 50 basic units.

The date of the sentence is unknown. It is known that Elena refused legal representation at her trial.
On September 16, 2026, she was released after a visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, John Cole, and taken to Lithuania.
