But at the time of filming, he was already serving a sentence in a colony for “fraud.” The trial took place in May 2024. The sentence is unknown, the term could be from 3 to 10 years in prison with a fine.

According to the ONT film, in January 2023, a then 16-year-old boy from a large family was looking for work on the Internet. He came across scammers who offered to work as a courier - to pick up and transport money. Stanislav was told to record a video in which he stated that he supported Ukraine and seemed to agree to work for the SBU.

The last letter from Elena arrived in early September, and there have been no letters from her since then. Since Lazarchik's transfer to the colony, permission has never been received from the institution's administration to meet with a lawyer. What is happening to Elena now, what condition she is in, is unknown. Elena has problems with her teeth in the colony, and she has lost weight.

In mid-November 2023, human rights activists learned that Elena had been placed in solitary confinement again.

According to the testimony of the former political prisoner, Elena served more than 90 days in a punishment cell and more than 60 days in a PKT .

In the spring of 2025, Elena was convicted under Part 2 of Article 411 of the Criminal Code (malicious disobedience to the legal demands of the colony administration) and sentenced to another year and a half in prison in addition to eight years of imprisonment. It is unknown when the sentence was handed down . It is known that Elena refused the services of a lawyer at the trial.

Pavel was arrested on September 29, 2021, in connection with a criminal case opened for online comments following the deaths of KGB officer Dmitry Fedosyuk and IT specialist Andrei Zeltser in Minsk. In the summer of 2022, he was convicted and sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony and a large fine.

According to human rights activists, he was released in the summer of 2023, having fully served his sentence.

In February 2024, Pavel stood trial on charges of "distributing extremist materials." He remained out of contact for a long time, and after the trial, it was announced that a new criminal case had been opened against him.

Pavel was convicted again in June 2024 on charges of “slandering Lukashenko” and again sentenced to imprisonment.

Pavel Churkin was detained again in the spring of 2024 on suspicion of collaboration with the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. This was discussed in the program “Everything is on point” on the state TV channel “BELARUS 4 Mogilev”.

Oleg was arrested and convicted for "hitting" a police officer during a street march in Vitebsk on September 13, 2020. In September 2021, he was transferred to prison for "violating the rules of the order."

In August 2022, Oleg was re-convicted for “malicious disobedience to the demands of the administration of the correctional institution” and was given another year of imprisonment.

On July 25, 2023, the political prisoner was again convicted of “disobeying the demands of the administration” and sentenced to another year in prison.

In September 2024, another hearing was held on the criminal case against Oleg for “malicious disobedience to the demands of the administration of the correctional institution” - a charge that is often applied to prisoners who refuse to cooperate with the prison administration.

Throughout his imprisonment, Oleg is constantly under pressure. He is regularly sent to a punishment cell, where he is kept in isolation for dozens of days.
