Involved in the issuance of politically motivated court decisions, which resulted in at least 14 days of administrative arrest, at least 270 rubles in fines and at least 4 years of restriction or imprisonment. On May 27, 2021, I considered the case against Baranovichi resident Vladimir Alekseev in a closed court hearing. The accusation was based on the fact that the accused left unflattering comments under the photo of Interior Ministry employees. He was tried under three articles: 369, 188, 391 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus. He sentenced Alekseev to 3 years of restriction of freedom with a transfer to an open correctional facility, and also ordered him to compensate moral damages to Evsevitsky and Getman (Ministry of Internal Affairs employees) of 1,000 rubles each. He sentenced Migno Alexey Mikhailovich to a year of imprisonment under Art. 370 of the Criminal Code - Desecration of state symbols (there is the removal of the state flag from a building)
