Vladimir Avramtsev studied at the Bobruisk School of the Olympic Reserve and at the Belarusian State Agrarian Technical University. He was engaged in wrestling and competed in grappling competitions — the Belarusian Championship and the ADCC Belarus Open.
Vladimir worked as a trainer at the Bobruisk fitness center «Eva».
The man was detained due to sabotage on the railway tracks. When he was arrested, he did not resist, but still the officers of the Special Rapid Response Unit used weapons and severely beat him.
Vladimir was convicted under five serious articles of the Criminal Code, imposed a term of restriction of freedom, as well as a penalty in the amount of over 12 800 BYN.
