According to human rights activists , he was released on December 16, 2024, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.
Yuri Dobrokhotov was arrested on April 20, 2023, on suspicion of “petty hooliganism,” but was charged for participating in a protest in 2020. After a search of his residence, a jar containing a small amount of marijuana was allegedly found in the apartment.
During the trial, Dobrokhotov pleaded not guilty to two charges. He explained that in September 2020, after work, he saw a lot of people heading towards Pobediteley Avenue. He didn’t know any of them. People were walking along the sidewalks. He went with them, entered the crowd, because he was interested in what was going on there. He didn’t have any prohibited symbols with him. And regarding the circumstances of the charge of possession of narcotic substances, he reported that a certain A. had been staying in his apartment for 4 months. When he left, he temporarily left some things in his apartment, among which a jar of “weed” was later found.
During his arrest, Yuri was beaten by police officers.
For the totality of the crimes, the final sentence was imprisonment for a term of two years. On 20.10.2023, the appeal was considered.

Igor Korney was detained on July 17 in Minsk and arrested for 10 days, he was in the detention center on Okrestina. His home was searched. After 10 days of arrest, he was not released and transferred to a pretrial detention center.
Igor worked for a long time as a journalist for Radio Svaboda, is known as an essayist, author of texts about the cultural and historical heritage of Belarus, and a travel blogger. Soon after his arrest, Igor's family left the country.
According to the indictment, Igor actively wrote "negative materials insulting the head of state, government officials, journalists and citizens who do not support the unconstitutional change of power. In addition, in his articles he gave a false picture of the economic, social, military and international situation of the Republic of Belarus."
Allegedly, from June 1 to July 14, 2023, he posted at least 54 information materials on BAJ resources. He was detained shortly thereafter.
On June 7, 2024, the appeal was heard and the verdict came into force.
On December 11, 2024, the Shklov District Court heard Igor's case under Part 1 of Article 411 (malicious disobedience to the demands of the administration of a correctional facility). Judge Alexander Tarakanov found Igor guilty and sentenced him to another eight months of imprisonment.
As Radio Svaboda reports , the political prisoner was brought from the Mogilev pretrial detention center for several days to the KGB pretrial detention center in Minsk, from where he was returned to Mogilev: "... in the KGB pretrial detention center he went to see a doctor and they listened to his heart, confirmed that the rhythm was not very even, prescribed valerian. He also wrote that after the Shklov colony he lost 15 kg, now he is gaining some weight in Mogilev."
On June 21, 2025, Igor was released after a visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, Keith Kellogg, and was immediately taken to Lithuania.
Alexey was arrested in March 2023 in connection with a criminal case opened under the article "Active participation in group actions that grossly violate public order" and was placed in pretrial detention pending trial. In October of that year, he was convicted on three criminal charges, including "financing the activities of an extremist group," and sentenced to imprisonment.

A catechism teacher at the Minsk Archcathedral, Bilodid participated in communal prayers for an end to violence and lawlessness in 2020. He was arrested on May 31, 2023, and subjected to inhumane and degrading treatment. His family noted signs of beatings at his trial.
The believer was forced to record a so-called "repentance" video, in which he appeared dejected and, under obvious duress, declared his homosexual orientation, which put him at further risk. The propaganda video contained derogatory language about him, forced him to incriminate himself, and displayed photos and videos aimed at discrediting him in the eyes of believers. The Curia of the Minsk-Mogilev Archdiocese published a statement stating that a canonical investigation had been launched into the facts presented in the propaganda video.
Vladislav was arrested several times for a total of 45 days under the article on dissemination of “extremist materials” (Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), after which a criminal case was opened under Article 130 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
On June 11, 2024, the appeal was heard and the verdict came into force.

According to pro-government telegram channels, Alexander and three other guys "beginning in 2020 administered four tik-tok accounts and two telegram channels. These resources published information aimed at organizing and preparing mass riots, resisting law enforcement officers in order to encroach on independence, territorial integrity, the foundations of the constitutional order of the Republic of Belarus... The guys united in a telegram group, which was recognized as an extremist formation in early November." They allegedly "should have found executors to destroy infrastructure and organize attacks on law enforcement officers."
Of the relatives, Alexander has only a sister.

On camera, the man said that his detention was related to his registration in the Peramoga plan chat bot, where he showed his military registration specialty (commander of the artillery reconnaissance unit, senior sergeant). He noted that he had not carried out any sabotage missions .

Vyacheslav was accused of "uttering phrases degrading the honor and dignity" of A. Lukashenko while intoxicated and in the presence of police officers. A research fellow at the Institute of Genetics and Cytology of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Belarus and a trade union activist, Kondratyuk is accused of posting negative comments on social media that discredited the government and insulted Alexander Lukashenko.
The activist was detained along with several employees of the Institute of Genetics and Cytology of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Belarus on September 5, 2022. He received 13 days of administrative arrest but was never released.
The appeal was heard on July 11, 2023. The verdict entered into force.
