On camera, the man said that his detention was related to his registration in the Peramoga plan chat bot, where he showed his military registration specialty (commander of the artillery reconnaissance unit, senior sergeant). He noted that he had not carried out any sabotage missions .

Vyacheslav was accused of "uttering phrases degrading the honor and dignity" of A. Lukashenko while intoxicated and in the presence of police officers. On April 21, 2023, Vladimir was tried in the Central District Court of Minsk and sentenced to four years of restricted freedom in an open correctional facility (called a "chemistry" facility) and a fine of 200 basic units (7,400 rubles). Vladimir managed to partially serve his sentence.

He was detained in early March, near the village of Voronovo, Grodno region, trying to leave Belarus for Lithuania. When police officers inspected his mobile phone, they found subscriptions to Telegram channels recognized by the authorities as "extremist". Initially, the court arrested Viktor Zolotarevsky under the article on dissemination of extremist materials (Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), but later he was charged under criminal articles for registering in the chatbot "Plan Peramoga" and a video sent to the Telegram channel Nexta. The video showed a conversation between Ukrainian soldiers and relatives in Gomel.

Zolotarevsky lived in Minsk and worked in the carriage depot of the Minsk branch of the Belarusian Railways, living in a hostel.

An activist from Baranovichi, Igor has a third-degree disability due to a traffic accident 10 years ago that resulted in his leg being amputated. He was arrested on February 23, 2023, sentenced to 15 days in prison, and then transferred to a pretrial detention facility on criminal charges.

According to the investigation, between May 1, 2020, and May 23, 2022, Shumilov published four posts on Odnoklassniki containing satirical images, which the investigation considered insulting Lukashenko and government officials, as well as slandering Lukashenko. One of the images depicts Lukashenko and the aforementioned individuals as prisoners being held in a prison cell. At his trial, Igor fully admitted his guilt. He explained that the posts appeared on his page only after he "liked" them. He himself did not understand at the time that these images could be considered insulting.
