This follows from the decisions of the Baranavichy court regarding Makarova. In those administrative cases, the woman was given 10 days of arrest, a fine of 20 basic (740 rubles) and her phone was confiscated.

The man was accused of putting the “class” reaction on the Odnoklassniki social network under three videos with the participation of economist Yaroslav Romanchuk on June 8, 9 and 17, 2022.
Gennady admitted guilt and said that on the indicated days in June he went to a village in the Zhabinkovsikm district, which is confirmed by an extract from the mobile operator. The man uses a push-button telephone, so in the village he could not access Odnoklassniki.
Prosecutor Yegor Kronda considered Gennady's guilt fully proven and requested one year and six months of imprisonment in a colony under general regime conditions for him. The exact sentence is unknown.
