A blogger from Brest, creator of the YouTube channel “People’s Reporter” and press secretary of Svetlana Tikhanovskaya’s initiative group, was detained on June 15, 2020. He was convicted under Part 1 of Article 342 and Article 369 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
On December 21, 2021, Alexander was transferred to prison regime.
Released in December 2022 after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.

The author of the video blogs “People's Reporter” and “Youtube Deputies” from Brest was detained on June 16, 2020 and convicted under Articles 342, 369 and 391 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
On December 17, 2022, he was released upon expiration of his sentence.

Resident of Mogilev. Detained on November 24, 2020 and charged with hooliganism for making and hanging life-size dolls depicting security forces.
On July 29, 2023, he was released upon expiration of his sentence.

Electrician. He was detained for the events of August 10-11, 2020. Sergei was convicted under Articles 342 and 364 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
In mid-April 2022, Sergei was transferred from correctional colony No. 2 to Gomel pre-trial detention center No. 3. As human rights activists learned, they wanted to open another criminal case against Sergei - for some comment on the Internet.
In August 2023, he was released upon expiration of his sentence.

The son of Tatyana Kanevskaya was detained on January 27, 2021 for a comment in a telegram channel and convicted under Art. 130 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.

Vladimir was detained on December 20, 2020, and he was convicted under Articles 368 and 369 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus for insulting Lukashenko.

Chairman of the Gomel branch of the Human Rights Center "Viasna", a human rights activist with 20 years of experience in helping to restore the violated rights of citizens. He assisted in the preparation and submission of numerous individual appeals to the UN Human Rights Committee against Belarus.
Throughout 2020, Leonid Sudalenko provided legal assistance in appealing court decisions for participation in unauthorized rallies taking place in Gomel after the presidential elections.
Convicted for participating in the 2020 protests.
Released on July 21, 2023 upon expiration of his sentence.

Civil activist and politician. He was detained on December 23, 2020 and charged under Articles 366 and 369 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
On March 31, 2023, he was released upon expiration of his sentence.
2.5 years of imprisonment in a general regime colony
A resident of Zhlobin was detained on suspicion of participating in a protest recorded by a store camera. Initially, Evgeniy admitted his guilt, but then stated that it was under pressure. At trial he pleaded not guilty. Charged under articles 342 and 364 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
In May 2022, Evgenia’s punishment was tightened and he was transferred to prison regime.
According to human rights activists, he will be released in the fall of 2023.
3.5 years of imprisonment under strict security conditions
Detained on November 17, 2020 and convicted under Article 339 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus. Yevgeny was accused of planting flags in deserted places, creating the impression of explosive devices. However, in the boxes, next to the flags, there were only bearings, a firecracker without contents, and a caricature of riot police.
3.5 years of imprisonment in a general regime colony
Military lawyer. He was detained on August 9, 2020 for participating in protests.
According to investigators, on the evening of August 9, on Freedom Square in Polotsk, Andrei, while participating in unauthorized mass events, allegedly used tear gas against police officers who were in uniform and performing official duties. During his arrest, according to the data, he allegedly resisted, continuing to use gas in their direction.
In October 2023, he was released upon expiration of his sentence.
3.5 years of imprisonment in a general regime colony
Initially, Anton was detained along with his mother Irina in the “Autukhovich case.” However, on December 24, 2021, the charges against him under Article 289 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus were dropped, and a new charge was brought against him under Article 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus for participating in a protest that took place in September 2020 in Brest.
On September 2, 2022, he was transferred to house arrest, and on October 17, 2022, Anton was released in the courtroom upon expiration of his sentence.

A resident of Grodno, Alexey is an IT engineer with a successful education and a gold medal for graduating from a physics and mathematics school. He is disabled due to hemophilic polyarthropathy, which led to joint problems.
He was sentenced on June 7, 2021 to three years in prison under Art. 185, art. 364, Art. 366 and art. 369 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
On August 26, 2023, he was released upon expiration of his sentence.

Ambulance paramedic. He was detained in November 2020 under Art. 309 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus for inciting the winding of wire on a railway track. The real motive for which the paramedic was convicted was his speech at a meeting with Sergei Tikhanovsky in the spring of 2020, after which he received 7 days, but did not stop fighting.
June 3, 2023 released after expiration of sentence.
