Vladislav was also accused of sending videos and texts to the Nexta editorial chatbot several times (for example, videos of Russian military aircraft and trains with Russian military). This was qualified as "other assistance to extremist activity" under Part 1 of Article 361-4 of the Criminal Code.
On September 05, 2023, the appeal court hearing was held. The verdict came into force.

The man was accused of leaving, according to the court, an insulting comment in a telegram towards Interior Minister Ivan Kubrakov and deputy head of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the administration of the Central District of Minsk, head of the criminal police Vladimir Kubrakov. Alexander fully admitted his guilt and repented of his deed. Before the trial, the man was under personal guarantee. After the verdict was announced, he was taken into custody in the courtroom.

A few months later, Vladimir was re-detained for chemotherapy in order to increase his punishment. The man has been in custody since July 10, 2023.
Vladimir was accused of leaving an offensive comment “scum” on the telegram channel “Punisher of Belarus” on July 5, 2021, in the direction of a police major of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Ivanovo District Executive Committee. In 2020, the policeman was involved in “protecting public order” and was involved in the consideration of administrative cases that were filed en masse against Belarusians for participating in protests.

Dmitry Mostovoy is 45 years old. He is a resident of Sinitsa, studied at the Polytechnic College in Minsk, a professional programmer.
He was detained during the protests in October 2020, and he was sentenced to several days of arrest.
Dmitry was detained in early March 2023. In the film «Gaspar did not get in touch» on the ONT TV channel, released on April 05, 2023. It was said in the film that Dmitry offered the telegram chat «Belarusian Gayun» to merge information about the airfield in Machulishchi: he set up an online broadcast from a computer, where all the actions taking place at the airfield for two weeks without a break were shown.
Now the man is in jail on charges of treason to the state and facilitation extremist activities.

The guy is 22 years old, he comes from the city of Svisloch, Grodno region. He served in the army, and then moved to live in Grodno. He played sports, represented his hometown at the junior sports all-around.
Now the guy is detained and placed in a pre-trial detention center. He is accused of preparing for an act of terrorism.
According to unconfirmed reports of the State Security Committee, which were heard in a staged film on the ONT TV channel, Vadim was supposed to commit sabotage in Grodno.
In the interrogation footage, he is forced to say that Vadim was tasked with blowing up an oil depot with a drone and explosives.
