Pavel was arrested on December 1, 2020, along with Nikolai Autukhovich, whom the authorities immediately declared "the organizer and leader of a terrorist group." He was convicted of "participation in a criminal organization" and "an act of terrorism."
In February 2024, a trial was held on the issue of changing the conditions of the regime, but the outcome is still unknown. In the spring of 2024, Nikolai and two other defendants in the “case” were ordered to pay compensation for damage to the police officers’ property in the amount of more than 40 thousand rubles.

On October 29, 2021, in Gomel, Sergei was sentenced to 1 year in prison for "violating the conditions of supervision" under the previous political article. In March 2023 and September 2024, he was convicted twice for "malicious disobedience to the demands of the colony administration." Under this article, prisoners who refuse to cooperate with the administration are tried for fictitious violations. As a result, his total prison term was 22 years and 11 months.

Under this article, prisoners who refuse to cooperate with the administration are tried for fictitious violations. As a result, another 9 months of imprisonment were added to his 19-year sentence.

In August 2022, by a court decision, Igor was transferred to prison regime.
In early July 2024, Igor was transferred to a hospital in Kolyadichi. He was admitted there with a suspected stomach ulcer, which worsened after a hunger strike he conducted from June 13 to 26 in the "SHIZO" of Zhodino Prison No. 8, where he is serving his sentence.

Eduard, who graduated from BGEU with a degree in Economics and Business Management and ran the crowdfunding platforms Ulej and MolaMola, as well as his father Viktor Babariko's initiative group, was detained on June 18, 2020, on his way to the Central Election Commission to submit signatures. He spent more than three years in prison without trial and was convicted of "organizing mass riots" and "tax evasion."
In July 2024, he was re-sentenced to two years in prison for “disobeying the prison administration.”

Viktor is a Belarusian businessman and public figure. He founded the international foundation "Chance", initiated the projects "Teart" and "Art-Belarus", thanks to which works of art were returned to the country. Under his leadership, Belgazprombank became one of the largest banks in Belarus. In 2020, he put forward his candidacy in the presidential elections, which attracted widespread support, as a result of which in June 2020 he was arrested and later convicted on economic charges.
Trial outcome 06.07.2021: 14 years of imprisonment in colony under enhanced security conditions, 5000 basic values fine, 46000000 rubles of compensation, deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities.
Ivan, who has two higher educations, previously worked as an artist-designer and then became an animator, director and video editor. He is also an artist and author of short stories. On October 21, 2020, he was detained and convicted on charges of posting calls for destabilization of public order on a Telegram channel, including arson of the KGB and Oshmyany District Prosecutor's Office buildings.
In December 2022, he was retried for "disobeying the demands of the administration." In May 2024, Ivan was again convicted of "malicious disobedience" and additionally imprisoned for 2 years.
